Gotta say this was a great game. It’s starting to feel like what happened in War Robots. I stopped playing that and if the same crap that happened there continues here I’ll leave here too. Solitaire is looking better and better. Don’t let this get like War Robots, plz

As you level, the only thing changing is the amount of damage weapons do, shifting from light bots to heavy bots, and basically an arms race. This is just like war robots: an arms race. Instead of adopting a “stronger weapon with every level” view, think of specializing each class of robots so that each has their own strengths and weaknesses, such that skill and tactics will become a larger factor.
I understand that some people pay to progress, but dominating a game because they have no weaknesses is really bad for first impressions.
There is no lore and the logic behind leveling is simply locked. It’s as if the designers assumed that the only way for mechs to advance is by getting bigger, heavier, and stronger.
I believe there are other evolutionary paths available to mechs; such as: Scientist A believes that heavy bots are blasphemy. He believes that light bots should remain the norm. He proposes to replace the common low density armor with higher density armor in order to increase the bot’s durability. Advanced legs to aid sprinting. A more powerful engine to overload weapons but with increased damage.
The creativity of this game has room to grow.
