Moving Game Center account from wife’s iPad to my new iPad

Need to get my game progress saved to my new iPad. I don’t think it can be done since I’ve been using my wife’s iPad and her iPad saves data in her cloud.

I have been using Game Center with my email and login when playing the game. Not my wife’s email and logon. My email and login are different then hers.

so how to get the saved progress from my wife’s iPad when I log in to Game Center with my email and logon and move it to my new iPad?

I bet I have to do a restore and copy her iPad backup to my new iPad. Then have to replace everything that used to be mine to get it back on my new iPad and deleting all her crap.

When I logged into my new iPad Game Center with my email and logon I noticed all my other games showed up and had saved game progress on my new iPad. Only Mech Wars didn’t have my saved progress when I signed into Game Center on my new iPad.

Hope some one has a better way.

Spent a good bit of time with Apple Support who ended up telling me to contact the game dev support team for help. Being unsure where the game progress was saved. Tried this response on the forum and thru game feedback message. Guess it’s a wake up for others.
