Well it took long enough to get in here. I started this game last night, got up to lvl 6. Win 20 battle's as top dog. Bought a second mech and now can't win at all. So this is a inforced pay to WIN. Now I know the devs need to make $ but here a guy can't win if he doesn't pay cash. Heck don't they have enough adds for that.

It’s getting worse re: pay to win.
Within the past 2-3 weeks, it has become essentially impossible to upgrade the larger mechs and weapons without spending a lot of real money. On discount days, the discounts on mech or weapon upgrades has been reduced from 40% to 10%. When it is costing upwards of 5-10 million silver for upgrades on higher end mechs and weapons, it makes it impossible to perform them without paying cash for gold or silver.
The introduction of the mech scraps and loot box partially offset this, but it now appears that the mech scraps have gone from around 100 each to 10 each, so it looks like they are trying to shut this off as well.
Given the number of ads you need to watch for this game, even without speeding upgrades, I can’t imagine they are not making money.
I really like this game, but if it is just going to become a cash extraction exercise, I’ll move on.

I left war robots for that exact reason.... Pay to win ponzi scheme.
DEVS, this game use to be about SKILL and was fun cause no one had a payed for advantage. Now you can't be competitive without a large cash purchase. If you are going to make it so hard to earn prime/competitive mechs without making a purchase you should at least give the mechs and weapons available for gold credits and mechs that cost less than 800 blueprints a buff. That or make it so primes only fight primes.

Got to say one thing cause I've been playing mechs since 1995. This game Can be played with minimum investments. The secret is keep playing, have LR weapons, and transport to max cover. They have ads to help you take time off lol up of weapons. Level weapons first to max then bot. Don't go 1 on 1. Hope this helps.

They have reduced payouts, scrap accurment, and as you level up,the psyche jobs start. You rarely come in the top three, get pounced by 2 knights, etc. Truth be told though this is one of the best and cheapest mech game I've played. It's pay to win but they do have mechs when properly equipped, can take the most expensive mech down and to see a Cheetah 50/10 take down a knight oooh the feeling! If you only have 1 kill,You KNOW it was a 200 dollar mech! What a FEELING!

I've never spent a penny and I'm usually one of the top scores. I'm level 103 currently. My strategy was to start with fast bots- Alpha first then Bowie. I still play those 2 and cause plenty of havoc! Level the guns up first and then the bot. Heating is the most important and then speed and hit points. Don't play a Storm. There are so many people playing them and they suck. Lol

It would seem my climbing power has been reduced. The premium bots are using our technique 🤣. Brothers we're the little guys! Trying to upgrade! If we are not shooting you what is the deal?
