I logged in on a new phone and although I’m on the same account my name is the same. I’m in the right clan and even some of my stats are the same but my level is cut more than in half. I’m missing premium days. I’m missing like seven mechs I believe. it’s almost as if my main account has been merged with an old lower level account but I never authorized anything like that. Is there anyway I can have my main account restored?

User id code is the long code found under your name after entering your profile when you enter the game. You can copy it using the button next to it and send it to me. Best regards.

Oh geez, now the restore button has disappeared. I think I messed up by uninstalling and reinstalling thinking it might give me the message again but instead, I think it may have canceled the process. I’m sorry, but could you restart it again?

Thank you so much everything is back the way it was except I remember having a lot more premium days and now it says I only have a day and a half other than that everything is fine but would it be possible to please look into how many premium days I’m supposed to have? If you could, I would be greatly appreciative, thank you.
